As we prepare to visit the humane society in Omaha, the students prepare posters for a fundraiser to collect items to take to the shelter.

 

We had hopes to hang the posters all over campus, but had to alter that plan to only areas.

 

In a few weeks, the students will be taught the value of an animal shelter through the guidance of Ms. Ecklebe, the director.

 

Many students are astounded that Americans care so  much for animals that some students become  compassionate and adopt a pet.
